At Aubryne, we want every piece to find its place in your home. If it doesn't, we'll guide you through the process simply, step by step.
Right of withdrawal: 14 days
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to change your mind, no questions asked.
How does it work?
- Write to us via the Contact page, including your order number and the item concerned.
- We'll send you your return label along with the return address.
- Carefully pack the item and ship it within 14 days of your request.
Return Conditions
The item must be returned to us in new, unused, and complete condition (with all accessories and parts included), well protected for shipping.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are your responsibility. The amount is shared with you along with your return label, before anything ships, so you know exactly what to expect.
Did your item arrive damaged, or does it not match your order? In that case, we take care of everything: write to us within 48 hours with a few photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or a refund.
Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund you within 14 days at most, using the same payment method as your original order. Your original shipping costs are also refunded, based on the standard shipping rate.
