1. Purpose

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of aubryne.com and aubryne.fr (the “Site”), published by AUBRYNE (see our Legal Notice). Purchases are governed by our Terms of Sale.

2. Access

The Site is free to access for anyone with an internet connection. We do our best to keep it available at all times but may suspend access, in particular for maintenance.

3. Customer account

You may create an account to track your orders. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login details confidential. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site lawfully and fairly, and in particular not to disrupt its operation, attempt to access non-public areas, or scrape its content by automated means.

5. Customer reviews

Reviews and ratings on the Site are collected through our provider Judge.me, via an email invitation sent after delivery, only from customers who actually ordered the product (“verified” reviews). No incentive is given in exchange for a review. Positive and negative reviews are published in chronological order within about 7 days; only unlawful or offensive content, content unrelated to the product, or content identifying a third party may be rejected. Reviews remain online for 3 years, and authors of rejected reviews are informed.

6. Intellectual property

The Aubryne brand, logo and all content on the Site (texts, photos, visuals, layout) are protected. Any reproduction or use without prior written consent is prohibited.

7. External links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. Aubryne has no control over them and accepts no responsibility for their content.

8. Personal data and cookies

9. Liability

Information on the Site is provided with the greatest care but may occasionally contain inaccuracies, which we correct as soon as we become aware of them.

10. Changes and governing law

Aubryne may update these Terms of Use at any time; the applicable version is the one online at the time of your visit. These terms are governed by French law.
